This S4 in Deep Sea Blue Pearlescent looks amazing and it drives that way too. It really brings a smile to your face as you put your foot down and hear the deep V6 growl. It jumps off the line due to the quattro four wheel drive and the 345hp available from the engine and 0-60 comes in about 4.5s. It is an absolute pleasure to drive and is stealthy too, so you can surprise people off the lights, or on the motorway as a gap appears. Round the bends on a country road, with sport mode enabled, it drives like on rails, and the flappy paddle gearbox is a lot of fun. It's a fantastic car for anyone who wants that sports performance, with enough practicality to fulfil the needs of a family. For the more adventurous, the S4 B9 can be tuned to be an RS4 beater.

I am sad to see it go, but I recently got a company car and cannot afford to run both. I had to take the company car because the car was off the road for most of 2023 due to an argument with Audi. The timing chain had come of and terminally damaged the engine. After months of negotiating with Audi UK, they agreed to fit a brand new engine straight from the production line in Germany, and this was fitted by Audi Nottingham in November (with a bill of 25,000! Thankfully they paid 80%). So although the car has done 78,000 miles, the engine has done about 2,000 so is an absolute gem.
